Breathwork Journey
Transformational breathwork is a powerful, active practice that uses a deep, steady mouth-breathing technique known as conscious connected breathing — breathing fully into the abdomen, up to the chest, then a free and open exhale. This intentional pattern is meant to activate the body and nervous system in order to release stagnant energy, stored emotional patterns, limiting beliefs, and trauma that’s been stored in the body that contributes to dysregulation. Whatever rises during the session, you breathe with and through so that it can be released for your personal healing. The session is practiced lying down or reclined in a comfortable position with props that create safety such as blankets, bolsters, or an eye mask for immersion.
This active breathwork can feel intense at times, as it directly engages the nervous system along with the body’s emotional and energetic systems. The breather is always in control and can regulate the experience at any point by slowing the breath and returning to nasal breathing. You are always in control and can self-reguate. Each session is unique and can be guided toward a range of intentions — from emotional release and clarity to nervous system reset, to reclaiming leadership, self-worth and confidence, and deep relaxation. The effects are often immediate, somatic, and profoundly transformative.
The session is inspired by 9D (9 dimensional) Breathwork concept which is the next level, cutting edge in somatic healing—working through the whole body instead of just the mind. It is a combination of ancient breathwork practices with modern healing technology and soundscape delivered through individual headphones: binaural beats, subliminals, hypnotic language, layered sound, and subconscious priming. It’s deeply immersive and multidimensional. It’s designed to take you deeper than talking ever could with words and instead invites the wisdom of the body to speak.
The Build:
You’ll establish a rhythm and build energy with conscious connected breath.
The Release:
You’ll reach a moment of peak emotion, guided by my voice and rich soundscape to prepare you for a big release of pent up emotional, physical, mental weight or trauma. When the music swells you’re encouraged to really lean in: Let this be the most authentic expression of yourself as possible —whatever needs to come through, allow it for your growth and expansion. This is your liberation.
The Scream:
You’ll be safely guided to release with a breath hold that leads into a deep audible sigh or scream - however it comes at that moment. It’s primal. This sound you make releases energy trapped in your nervous system—energy that perhaps has never given permission to move. It clears the throat, the chest, and, deep somatic blockages, and recalibrates any dysregulation in the body.
The Integration:
You’ll enter stillness with a wide open consciousness, and the integration process begins. You’ll be lead with gentle guidance, affirmations, subconscious rewiring messaging while the mind is highly receptive to change. This is bottom-up (from body to mind) healing. And your body knows exactly what it’s doing.
The Close:
There will be time at the end of the session to share any insights, questions and information about what to expect with your post-session integration.
